We have an open feature request for this so I've added your vote to it. It's not something likely to be implemented in the near future, but we'll follow-up if we do add it.
We've just released a new FileSeek beta version (http://www.fileseek.net/Download/Beta) and there's now an option to set Light or Dark Mode on the Settings > Options tab
