I have a lot of filename suffix is "*. Featureproj", actually these documents are in "XML" format stored, I want to increase the "*. Featureproj" file "handler".

I tried to use the default search, no effect!

How do I increase?

Thank you!

XML files are just text based, so you should be able to search them without file handlers. If you disable the "Process file contents using File Handlers" option and just enter your search text in the Query box, do you not get any results?

Please see the attached screenshot for a sample search.

Hello, my question is alike, How can I manage .RAW files or without extension files? Example "Filename"

Is there a way to make a file association with any program running on Windows or portable version? Example "Movie.dat" --> Open with... VLC Player ?

Or other option would be: Treat RAW files as TXT files (if can do so).

Thanks in advance

If the files that have a .RAW extension or no extension at all are just text files, you can just disable the "Process file contents using File Handers" option on the Advanced tab when doing your search. That will cause FileSeek to treat the files as plain text :)

Hope that helps!
