I have downloaded the last release (5.2.1), and the behaviour is the same as in older ones : it displays "--" in line number column, and not the line where the string has been found. This is strange because it has perfectly found the string I was searching for.
It seems to be an old bug. Could you correct it please, it can be annoying with large files. An other problem is that when you launch an external editor, you cannot access directly to the line even if you set to transmit it.
For the rest the program works very fast and well.
On the Advanced tab, do you have it set to "Match query to entire file" or "Match query to each line in file?"

Ok it works now, thank you very much. You should put this option by default !
Suggestion : it would be nice to change background/foreground colors in the file window.
