I'd like to move FileSeek to another computer. Is there a way copy the User Preferences/Settings from the old computer?

There sure is! If you go to Tools > Settings, you can use the "Export Settings" button to export them to a file. You can then copy the file to the other machine and import it using the Import Settings button.

Hope that helps!
