At the moment there isn't, actually. We thought it looked better this way, and didn't really think to make it an option. We'll add it back in as an option for the next version

We've just released FileSeek 5.0, and in the Settings > Advanced Settings window, there's an option called "Enable GridView lines" that will allow you to toggle them.
