I want to find Excel files that contain the Email address a@b.com in a cell.
However, I want to exclude files that only contains x@y.com a@b.com in two adjent cells (x@y.com is in the cell to the left of a@b.com).

In other words:
Find Excel files with "Email address a@b.com in a cell" and "x@y.com a@b.com" in two adjent cells
Or
Find Excel files with "Email address a@b.com in a cell"
And
Exclude Excel files with only "x@y.com a@b.com" in two adjent cells

Is that possible?
